Suzanne Somers Is Back as an A.I. Robot

Suzanne Somers died from breast cancer in October of 2023, but now she’s back.  And this might not be the last time we say that about a dead celebrity. Because she’s back as an A.I. robot.

Suzanne’s husband Alan Hamel worked with a company called Realbotix to create a, quote, “digital twin” of Suzanne.  It mimics both her voice and speech patterns using recordings and footage of her.

It even has many of her memories and can answer questions.  When it was asked to share a specific memory of a time with Hamel, it talked about a cooking segment they filmed where they had a funny mishap with a blender.

Hamel claims this was Suzanne’s idea, and he says, quote, “I think she would smile a lot and be really happy about it.  She would endorse it.”

Oh, and it gets stranger.  Hamel claims he has a, quote, “long-range plan” to get permission to get a John Ritter version made, and do some, quote, “additional episodes” of “Three’s Company”.  (???)

Joyce DeWitt is still alive.  She’s 75 years old.
